Research

 

My primary research is Statistics of persistence homology, a basic tool in the field of topological Data analysis (TDA). As part of this research, I have recently studied the statistical modeling of persistence diagram and discussed the statistical comparison of persistence diagrams. In parallel, I have continued to work on studying survival models with a changepoint and a measurement error in the covariates; In my recent work I have examined the performance of several setting for evaluating the measurement error in the setting of segmented Cox model.

As an additional interesting, I’m studying air pollution data; my recent paper discussed the influence of COVID-19 on air pollution in Israel.
